"An overnight stay during some hospital day treatments. Staff very understandable and co operative when I discussed the problem of husband not being well enough to leave room or able to eat and drink at the dining area. Was permitted to take food and drink up to our room and although they do not offer room service provided support with this. "

"Lovely big room (family suite), comfy beds, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, plenty of parking. The negative would be that the room looked very tired. The carpet was really badly stained which is very off putting and the Lino in the bathroom also had suspect stains around the toilet. Both could do with replacing. Still enjoyed our 1 night stay though and it wouldn’t stop us returning. "

"We had everything we could’ve wanted in the accomodation. A lovely lady called Angela even offered us the apartment at the last minute, we were over the moon. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and felt like home from home. "

"The lady at check in was very helpful and switched us to a ground floor room when requested. They had noted my request for a late check out and made it available (at the £10 published cost) As the hotel is next to a motorway service station there was the usual facilities including ev charge points The hotel is basic but ideal for a short and easy hop to Southampton cruise terminals "

"I was only staying one night so didn't make use of the facilities so can only comment on my room. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean which is what I would expect from being a 3-star hotel. I did have an issue with the bathroom though. The shower didn't really work, pressure not good, and shower curtain came down while pulling it closed! Tap water seemed a bit sporadic. Staff service excellent!"
