"Brand new building and very helpful and friendly staff. The public bath / onsen is really nice and relaxing. Lounge and bar area are also nice. Gym is available and has a good selection of equipment to get a good workout in. The location is perfect, close to sapporo station and various restaurants/mall. Totally recommend this hotel and would definitely come back in the future. "

"The location is unbeatable, centrally located to be within mins of walk to multiple attractions and amenities. Carparking will be a little challenging as you need to rely on operators to park into and retrieve the car for you in the mechanized garage. Please allocate enough buffer time for that to happen as there can be a queue at checkout hours. The hotel has overall a very novel concept of operation and I love the vibes of it. "
