It is centrally located to most attractions in and around DC as long as you have a car or make use of bus or metro.Nice backyard porch although the view from it could use some TLC. "Charming but rustic farm property with outbuildings. Eclectic, NOT fancy. Very clean, not manicured. This is like staying at a real farm. "

"2nd time for aa month. Excellent location for my visit with my daughter's family. Quiet, private in and out. Monica always quick to respond to any questions or problems we might have. "

"My friends and I had an excellent stay at this property, it was the perfect size for 3 adults and very quaint and private. I will say that the listing says that it is 8.8 miles from Leesburg VA (which is where my friends and I were visiting) but that is not entirely accurate- there IS a ferry you can take across that maybe makes that number true but if you are an out of towner and are planning on just driving GPS style it ACTUALLY takes about 25-30 minutes to drive into town. Wasn’t a deal...
