"Great location - quiet, peaceful, safe. The accommodations looked exactly as pictured online. The bed was the comfiest I’ve ever stayed in and we’ve been using VRBO for years. Perfect for a couple and had everything we needed."

"My friends and I had an excellent stay at this property, it was the perfect size for 3 adults and very quaint and private. I will say that the listing says that it is 8.8 miles from Leesburg VA (which is where my friends and I were visiting) but that is not entirely accurate- there IS a ferry you can take across that maybe makes that number true but if you are an out of towner and are planning on just driving GPS style it ACTUALLY takes about 25-30 minutes to drive into town. "We were celebrating my wife's birthday and wanted a unique experience. A Bed and Breakfast in Warrenton was our first choice. The furnishings were very nice and enhanced our stay. This is a big plus! On the negative side: (1) Access into the B&B should have been identified as being difficult to navigate due to the number of steps and how steep they were. (2) Our welcome package had the wrong name on it, which is not a big deal, but strange. (3) No layout sketch on the location of our room and...

"The parking was not suitable for the size vehicle we'd driven ,but all else was pretty awesome. They need to clean or replace the carpet as some of the stains are deeply imbedded in the hallway,but, overall, it was clean, well lit, great area and amenities. We will surely use again and recommend to any business and personal associates. "
