"Well-appointed suite with many little touches. Very quiet and natural area, great spot to relax.Occasional noise from the rest of the house, but this is not too common in my experience. My cell service was spotty this far out but it may depend on provider. "

"My friends and I had an excellent stay at this property, it was the perfect size for 3 adults and very quaint and private. I will say that the listing says that it is 8.8 miles from Leesburg VA (which is where my friends and I were visiting) but that is not entirely accurate- there IS a ferry you can take across that maybe makes that number true but if you are an out of towner and are planning on just driving GPS style it ACTUALLY takes about 25-30 minutes to drive into town. "Absolutely loved our stay at Unicorn Hollow. So peaceful. Clean and had everything you needed. Loved the horses and Guiseppe (the donkey) along with the deer and alpacas. Can stroll about the property. Anna and Pino were wonderful to meet. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The proximity to Frederick and Harper’s Ferry is very convenient. It’s lovely to site by the water fall and the pool was nice as well Owner has stocked the kitchen with lots of goodies and nice things in the bathroom as well There is a very musty order that hits you the minute you walk in. We considered only staying a night but we really wanted this must needed get away. I tried to reach out to Andrew after I left directly to let him know but there is a mushroom growing in...

"Loved the room and the extras that was provided for us such as the coffee and hot chocolate. Areas were clean and well supplied. The only down fall was not communicating how to get to the guest room and where the lighting leading to area was. Sad the fireplace was down but loved that a replacement heater was provided. "

"The staff is very friendly and always makes me feel at home. The suites are spacious and attractive as well as functional with full kitchens. The gym is big enough, and kept at a cool temperature, which is much better than most hotel gyms. But this spring stay was disappointing. They had switched their HVAC system to Cooling, and it couldn't heat, even though it was quite chilly. I wasn't warned before booking, and not even when I registered at the desk.
