We had a great stay- the kitchen was wonderful to cook in- we loved the gas stove- bacon tasted so delicious with croissants in the morning! The house is large and comfortable- cozy couch, large piano, washer and dryer, tv, and wifi. We have to agree with other guests- the bed is squeaky....ridiculously squeaky.....to the point of...

"Lovely classic home; feels nostalgic old, but isn't actually old. Plenty of space indoors and out for 6+ people. Kids loved the bunk beds. Extremely well stocked kitchen. Very quiet neighborhood and only 15 minutes from Lake Sunapee, harbor, Mount Sunapee."

"Fairly new house on the pond. Little sand beach. Canoe, paddle board and kayaks (need new/more paddles). Spacious. Large, well appointed and supplied modern kitchen. Nice master suite. Only one bathroom on ground floor for 3 bedrooms. Plenty of bench seating on deck facing lake, but could use use some chairs with cushions. "

"The charming home is very remote and private. Updated kitchen and bathroom providing all amenities you could want. Comfortable beds, but master is very tall. Although the living area futon seating provides extra sleeping options, they are not the most comfortable for sitting/lounging. A softer chair or two would be welcome. Lovely deck for lake watching. Frogs aplenty!"

"I loved everything about this property and the host! I chose it for the country location and the leisurely feel of the listing. We came in from out of state to visit family and needed a place where we could congregate. This property had 4 beautiful bedrooms and a large living area for hanging out. "Great location and house! Right on the water with a dock for your boat, with a boat launch down the street. Lots of beds and the game room is awesome. Keep in mind there is no AC, so it gets really hot at night. They have 4 box fans but you may want to bring one from home. No dishwasher but they have everything you need, but I would bring disposable supplies. The host was great and very responsive. Definitely recommend this place! We stayed over the Fourth of July and the location was perfect....
