"My 3 friends from college rented the house for our 30th College Reunion, which also so happened to fall on my 53rd birthday. We so lucked out the weather was perfect. The view was amazing. Leaves were in full color still. We used the grill and the fire pit. Morning w/coffee on the porch."

"House was large and comfortable with space for everyone. Enjoyed dinners with our group around the dining table. Kitchen is older but works. Played a charades-type game in the living room one evening. Peterborough wonderful for eats, walking and shopping. "

"Fairly new house on the pond. Little sand beach. Canoe, paddle board and kayaks (need new/more paddles). Spacious. Large, well appointed and supplied modern kitchen. Nice master suite. Only one bathroom on ground floor for 3 bedrooms. Plenty of bench seating on deck facing lake, but could use use some chairs with cushions. "

"The charming home is very remote and private. Updated kitchen and bathroom providing all amenities you could want. Comfortable beds, but master is very tall. Although the living area futon seating provides extra sleeping options, they are not the most comfortable for sitting/lounging. A softer chair or two would be welcome. Lovely deck for lake watching. Frogs aplenty!"

"Plenty of space for four families with seven children ranging in ages from 1 to 13. The kids loved the game room and gigantic sectional & TV in the living room (and parents loved that the kids were just a room away when we were in the kitchen/dining area). Tons of fridge space, meal prep space, and seating, so we never felt like we were in anyone's way while making plates for the kiddos. Pack a sweatshirt - the A/C is strong! Note that a couple of the beds that were advertised as Queen seemed to...
