The hosts were very generous in providing firewood and use of the lockable garage to store our ice fishing gear at night. "It is an entire house, so a good amount of space. Brand new remodel (we were there in Jan 2025). The kitchen/family room is great for meals and hanging out. The bedrooms and bathrooms are wonderful. The photos show how nice. There is even a deck out back. We had 8 adult family members and could have easily fit a few more. And only 1 mile to downtown Manchester. "

"The house was beautiful inside and out. Everything was very clean and very comfortable, and the view of the lake was outstanding. For the winter months the lower level with the pool table was cold, but we were still able to enjoy it. The host of the property had exceptionally good communication and was attentive and helpful. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely go back again. "

Although the living area futon seating provides extra sleeping options, they are not the most comfortable for sitting/lounging. A softer chair or two would be welcome. Lovely deck for lake watching. Frogs aplenty!"

"This is a lovely property - we have stayed here multiple times and will be back. The house is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable, and Mt. Sunapee is only about 7 mins from the house - so perfect for skiers. My kids also LOVE the pool/ping pong table in the basement. Bonus points for super responsive host!"

"My husband, myself, 3 of my adult kids and 5 grandchildren under 7 stayed very comfortably. So many nice rooms. Although very updated had a very nostalgic feel. All of the living spaces were extra large and plenty of seating. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the yard was humongous. We were fortunate to get snow while we were there and the kids had never seen snow since we’re from Georgia. It was a wonderful stay. Thank you so much, Wayne. "
