She always goes above and beyond to make sure our needs are met. 24/7 coffee in the breakfast area. They are in the process of redoing all the rooms. "

"I’ve been returning to this hotel for years whenever I visit Manchester, and it never disappoints. The rooms are consistently spacious, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to downtown, where you’ll find a plethora of restaurants and charming shops. However, during my last stay, my friend and I were surprised by an unexpected charge. We headed down to the self-serve ordinary breakfast buffet, and while a waiter kindly brought us coffee, we were shocked to discover a $50 charge per plate at the end of our meal. It would have been great to know in advance that what is often complimentary at other hotels came with such a hefty price tag here. "

"Everything in my hotel was excellent. The bed was comfortable, the service was phenomenal, and the hotel was nice and quiet. The only thing I would like to see improved is the breakfast options. The eggs and bacon were not good. They tasted very artificial. The pancake maker used ingredients that did not taste authentic either. The bananas were mostly rotted as well."

"The staff here was wonderful! My flight was delayed, I missed my initial check in. They were accommodating and got me to graduation on time. The hotel is cozy and as a solo traveler I felt quite safe. Ohh...and the turn down of the bed with chocolate chip cookies... chef's kiss "
