"Lovely stay, very clean, and reception staff are accommodating, I would hands down stay again. I did have my dog with me on the visit, and the room where lovely the only thing that would have made the stay better was if they had a small green area where dogs could pee and poop in, it would feel safer then as I was asked to go outside of the compound in the night especially as there allot of activity and people sleeping rough. My dog did pee outside the hotel, and the staff weren’t pleased with...

"Easy check-in. Great location to access all the main parts of Birmingham but on a quiet street. Some small snags with doors not closing properly and slight mould in places on the sealant in the bathroom but otherwise clean property and would book again. "

"Loved the property which was very spacious. The beds are so comfortable! The only negatives is that we had to find somebody in the lobby to help us check in which felt a bit awkward. Also the flooring is very creaky and you can hear everybodys footsteps lol "
