"Location was great and walkable to everything we wanted to see and do in Lucerne. This hotel does not have air conditioning and the fan provided in the room was not adequate. It was a failure on my part not to realize it did not list air conditioning as a feature when I booked it. Room was a decent size, included breakfast was fine."
