The hotel itself is very clean and looks great. You are immediately greeted with a smile and friendly staff. The room we stayed at was beautiful and had an awesome view."

The trams do rumble as they pass the hotel but that is to be expected but they do get less frequent and stop running at night. However if you are a light sleeper you may want a room away from the front . "
