"This hotel is in very good condition (could be excellent) with a adjustments like add some extra food options for the 24 hr service and a lick of paint here and there, the staff are excellent and work very hard their friendliness and customer service is better than alot of 4* or 5* I've been too. The rooms are spacious and the bed was very comfortable best night sleep we had in a while staying at a hotel, having access the the controls on the radiator was brilliant. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion was up there with the best. The best part for us was being able to use the pool, sauna & steam room and gym and also the buffet breakfast was amazing plenty of options and food was good. Being able to check out at 12 was great, most hotels are 10 or 11am. We will definitely be back."
