"Clean, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped flat in peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed our stay. The instructions for collecting the keys could have been given more prominence in the welcome email. Other than that small point this was faultless."

"It’s not often we say a stay is brilliant however on this occasion it was. Great hosts welcoming, considerate and good communication. ‘The Shed’ is definitely not a shed. It’s beautifully and artistically decorated, warm, comfortable and everything you would need. Now we’ve had two nights we plan to be back for a week. Wonderful area looking out on Romney marsh, quiet and peaceful a special time. "

"This is a lovely place to stay. Stuart greeted us on arrival and the Loft was warm and cosy with everything we needed including a basket of treats and eggs for breakfast. There are lovely views of the grounds and countryside. Nice walks from the property and Rye is close by car. Would thoroughly recommend. "

"Check in easy, location fabulous. Bed comfortable - we slept really well - must be the sea air! The extra touches for our furry friend were spot on - doggy bowls and doggy treats were most welcome. Only very small gripe - we could’ve done with bigger towels but overall what a lovely break we had. "

"I needed immediate help when the sat sav dumped me nearby & my host talked me all the way to the front door which was a huge relief. The accommodation is dated but I knew that from the photos it was very clean though & i was surprised to find all the essentials had ben left. I wasn’t expecting that so had brought it all with me. "Set in a very convenient area for our visits. Initial stock of various items very acceptable. "

"The cottage was very quiet with beautiful views all around and well located for exploring east Kent. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and all the appliances were straightforward to work. The only thing we could have done with was a dish/Jcloth for wiping down the worktops. The cutlery had obviously been through the dishwasher many times and the handles were loose."
