"I love the attention to details. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The window was large and had three different types of window treatments from a light diffusing shade to black-out . No need to bring shampoo or soap - the bathroom had large dispensers of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. I loved the Zero% products . Two of the shelves in the bathroom were pull outs making it easy to store away and access to your personal items. The lighting was excellent! Soft but bright enough to put on make-up and see clearly. We were provided with plenty of towels - not just one each. I liked there was a separate fan switch in the bathroom. A coffee maker was provided with plenty of coffee along with a microwave and mini frig. The TV was mounted on a swivel so it was easy to see from the bed or sofa. . Yes- there was a sofa in the room that was very comfortable. The room had a nice desk area with a very nice desk lamp. The room provided everything we needed. We also enjoyed the breakfast every morning. There was a wonderful selection of tasty items including real sausage, scrambled eggs, fresh mixed fruit, yogurts, cereals , oatmeal with a variety of toppings, fresh bakery items( yum) along with a variety of juices and filtered water. In addition, bananas ,oranges and apples. The breakfast area was staffed with two employees who were very thoughtful and made sure there was plenty of fresh food, and the tables were always clean. "

"Great interior, beautiful views and exterior, plenty of space and things to do. A few suggestions (minor tweaks): 1. Add sound absorbing material on walls/ceilings. 2. Add more grit to the flooring on the pool. A couple of slippery spots where little kids fell. 3. Service electric shades - not all are operational. Would definitely recommend to large families."

"We loved our time at Bayview Cottage. The home and location were lovely with incredible lake and sunset views. The owners thought of all the little details that make your time away from home comfortable and relaxing. We can’t wait to come back!"

"The bed and breakfast was pretty awesome. The rooms were pretty quiet as well. Our room could had been cleaner though. Noticed a lot of dirt on the floors. Our room was never cleaned on our 3 night stay either. Tv channels were awesome but the remote was low-end so we couldn't use a guide. I ended up channel surfing like the old way to find something to watch. IMO not happy with charging $500 a night for the room for a room that should only cost $150 max. I get it with the grandma marathon but well more then double the price. "
