"Staff turned away my son who was bringing coffee and donuts. Had him go outside to call me instead of just calling my room. They called my room to let me know they couldn't give him my room number AFTER they had him leave. It could have been handled better"

"Great interior, beautiful views and exterior, plenty of space and things to do. A few suggestions (minor tweaks): 1. Add sound absorbing material on walls/ceilings. 2. Add more grit to the flooring on the pool. A couple of slippery spots where little kids fell. 3. Service electric shades - not all are operational. Would definitely recommend to large families."

"The bed and breakfast was pretty awesome. The rooms were pretty quiet as well. Our room could had been cleaner though. Noticed a lot of dirt on the floors. Our room was never cleaned on our 3 night stay either. Tv channels were awesome but the remote was low-end so we couldn't use a guide. I ended up channel surfing like the old way to find something to watch. IMO not happy with charging $500 a night for the room for a room that should only cost $150 max. I get it with the grandma marathon but well more then double the price. "
