We stayed 9 nights to visit with our daughter, and there was limited kitchen utensils, towels, kitchen towels for such a long stay. For a weekend, it would have been fine. There is limited sitting for comfort. No table or desk area. Couch is uncomfortable. A good price for a long stay in a good area. "

"Clean, easily accessible, needs porch screen, backyard quite peaceful, close to everything. Parking can be tricky as only one way in to condos. Recommend parking at the end so out is much easier. More than enough amenities. A great nights sleep would be greatly enhanced by the head of the bed against the wall and cotton pillowcases instead of silk. They travel all over the slick silk sheets and fall into the black hole at head of bed—preventing stacking pillows."

"We were in Gainesville for UF Family Weekend, and we found the property to be an easy drive from campus and convenient to other niceties, ie Starbucks, Oaks Mall, ABC Liquors, etc. It is stylish and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, and laundry in the unit. It wasn’t the best weather, so we didn’t utilized the pool or gym, but they are right behind the unit. Communication with the manager was swift and easy. Unfortunately the week we were there the roof was being replaced and the streets, both front and back were blocked off due to construction which made parking very challenging.
