"I recommend this VRBO for location, cleanliness, spaciousness, and value. The shower pressure was great. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient. While the unit could use some upgrading, our weekend stay for a UF football game was great. My only comment for someone to consider is that the unit is on the 3rd floor, and we did not see an elevator, so if anyone in the group has mobility problems this might not be the VRBO for you."

"The decor is beautiful, beds comfy and amenities were just right. It's obvious that the apartment is older but very well updated. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and a little cleaning supplies to help clean throughout our stay. Could use more than 4 plates/bowls/forks/spoons... And towels... Was hoping for a broom but not provided. Nice to have the TV in the living room but could have used one in a bedroom when traveling with children. Pool was right across the quiet little street. Laundry...

"This little apartment is perfect for a Gator football weekend. It is conveniently located in Gainesville to food, drinks and UF (not walking distance, but easy drive to everything). This is a ground floor updated one bedroom apartment is outfitted with everything you need for a short stay. There is in-unit laundry, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare small meals and the king bed was comfy. Parking was right outside the unit. Samuel was quick to respond to our questions and...

"Clean, easily accessible, needs porch screen, backyard quite peaceful, close to everything. Parking can be tricky as only one way in to condos. Recommend parking at the end so out is much easier. More than enough amenities. A great nights sleep would be greatly enhanced by the head of the bed against the wall and cotton pillowcases instead of silk. They travel all over the slick silk sheets and fall into the black hole at head of bed—preventing stacking pillows."
