We only encountered very minor older house issues - a broken cabinet door in the kitchen, refrigerator outlet breaker turned off once, and a bathroom sink faucet that turned back on if you turned it all the way to the left. "Traveled to the area for a wedding. Stayed here with family also from out of town. All were happy with the beautiful space. Plenty of room for 2 couples. Convenient to restaurants, historic areas, shopping. Jerry was very attentive and always available. Would highly recommend."

"Perfect property for a large family who needs individual rooms. Property has all amenities and owner was responsive on checkin day. No emergencies occured requiring their attention. House is near a target and subway, both within 5 minutes. Couple blocks 15 minutr walk to Geno and Pat's, they were meh. But property was perfect."
