"Overall we loved our stay. The downside is the bedding duvet was uncomfortably scratchy and the apartment could use some updates. I don’t mind things being old but the kitchen counter was quite stained, the sofa/twin bed cushion had a cigarette burn and there were little things throughout that if updated would make the unit much nicer. Also, it was stated that there’s daily housekeeping but our second of three nights they only put a couple towels in the unit and did not take the dirty towels or make the beds or clean in any way. Other than that we found the property lovely and most of the staff great. It was a nice oasis and we’d be happy to stay again. "

"We booked three excursions through the resort during our stay, which were all amazing and we are very grateful that we were able to do them The transportation was seamless. It was arranged to be picked up and brought back. The excursions were easy to book. They were well explained they ran for the appropriate time. We never felt rushed The food was amazing. We dined at four of the restaurants. The two things that topped our trip was the staff and entertainment, as well as as the cleanliness and the breathtaking area that we were in on the resort It was exceptional!"

"Room needs some maintenance. Phone was not working. The second i have stayed in that the phone was not working. I reported the situation in the hopes that it will get fixed but did not happen. The hairdryer was hanging by one nail so it was not totally secured on the wall. The clothes drawer had a musty smell. I have to say that the staff are professional and friendly. The reason why I come back to this place. Housekeeping can do a better job cleaning the bathroom. I would still go back and stay in this property regardless. I always had a wonderful time. It’s my third time around. I also have to mention- the restaurant reservation process can be improved. "
