I love this hotel. I intended to stay for six days, but a single overnight convinced me to book another four days. That morning, I walked up to Zeida at the desk and said, "The sky is too pink, the sand too soft, the ocean too relaxing, the view too spectacular." What I didn't know then but do now is that the employees are exemplary- every single one. By the way, the nightly cost here provides a nice hotel in Boston without the sea of people catering to your every need. Meals here are cheaper than local restaurants. A long list of now friendly faces - I've forgotten too many names - including Braulio, Eddie, Wendy, Sonia, Vani, Saltares, and Kevin - all a tribute to the person in charge of hiring. I'll be back.

This hotel has beautiful views ,food was terrible, there is nothing to do it was so boring there is no animations In a nursing home the spirit is better than in this resort I would not recommend. I cancel after 1st night and i am still trying to get that money back for cancelation.

The resort is a bit outdated but clean. It has beautiful views and we enjoyed the beach. The water was warm with big waves (sometimes too dangerous to swim so the lifeguards don’t let you). Service was great, the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, we expected 4 to 5-star luxury and they didn’t have that. There are no activities. The food was hit and miss, and there are times when you can’t get anything to eat. At the a la carte restaurants only the meals with asterisks were included, for the rest you have to pay extra. The buffets weren’t great. Rooms could use some upkeep. There is no turn-down service, no robes in the room, and only 2 towels. Room service is only from 11 pm to 7 am. This is all fine, but then don’t call it a luxury resort! We booked based on the ratings which is 4.5-star. At best this is a 3-star.

Beautiful location and resort in Samana. The hotel needs some renovations, specially the bathrooms are old and outdated. The All Inclusive package needs a new name since there are items on the food and drinks list that are not included. The best part besides the views are definitely the people. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a great time and definitely will be back. Thank you Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 for another great vacation!

The place is beautiful, and the hotel is nice. The food was just ok; the staff needed more training, they are nice people but I think the management has some work to do. It took me 2 days to get a coffee Latte, they have 3 to 4 coffee machines but every time I asked for a coffee, the machine was out of order!

It is a beautiful place. Unfortunately the bedroom we stayed in had problems with the shower. The bathroom needs updating. The food in the buffet was always cold. The portions in the restaurant were ridicules small.

The hotel was excellent, may be some improvement is needed in the dinning and bar options that only worked one at e time. Anyways, it was pretty good. For sure the transfer from airport must include the bay crossing if the tourist fly to Punta Cana Airport. The land transfer is to long 5 to 6 hours and more expensive than the hotel and flight together but Expedia and Comming2 never mentioned or offered to us the sea transfer.

I like the hotel’s view. The staff very nice and polite good service, the only concerns are the food and the all exclusive, there are are some included and some not, also they need better entertainment on night time, not too much to do after dinner.
