"Lovely clean property... absolutely loved it.. would like a clock but im a time person.. shower absolutely amazing... town center location stayed during england final didnt hear anything... only issue i had was booking.. i booked paid and didnt hear anything i called number which i advise do not call cost a fortune to brazil.. message and call the london number for apartment...spoke to a lovely lady.. think her nsmr was alexandra very helpful not had that for a while.. tv does not have normal...

"Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

"We had a very pleasant stay, highly recommend, great location, spotlessly clean, loved the special little touches, tea, coffee, biscuits, cereal and even milk and cold water in the fridge. The kitchen was well equipped, extremely impressed, cooked meals and had everything I needed. "Great position in Newbury, very close to the main shopping street. Parking nearby was cheaper than onsite so we used that. Entry was easy with good instructions. It was very warm inside, we had to open the windows and turn off the heating. Nice and quiet in the building, we hardly saw or heard anyone else. Everything you needed for a short break was supplied. "

"Our host Vikki was very helpful, reaching out to locals to find where we could watch a cricket match, which happened to be within easy walking distance to the Minster Lovell ruins. Perfect start to our first trip to England. "

"Perfect Seems a little over charged. But is a good apt."

"Built to a very high spec, and finished to a high standard. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Could do with some coat hooks near the front door, as well as some on the backs of doors."

"I would say overall that the property is okay or average. For two adults, both of whom are between six feet tall and over, it felt a little cramped. The cleanliness is average due to the fact that some of dressers and tables were a little rickety or had stains on them when we came in. No bugs of any kind, however, which was great. There are plenty of pots and pans, kitchen utensils for cooking, however there was no cookie or baking sheet so you'd have to use tin foil or buy a cooking pan....

"My elderly mother and I had a good stay at the apartment while visiting my child at Oxford U recently. The apartment is within easy walking distance of shops in Summertown, and a bus route to the centre of Oxford. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped with all one needs. There is no fan in the bathroom, which was a big dark and musty, but otherwise tip-top. Walls in the building are thin, but the neighbours were all quiet so that was no problem. "Lovely little flat with its own parking space, close to shops and not too far from Oxford central. "

"Apt. quite small. Had a cluttered feel. A bit grubby in places. We had to clean the shower, sinks and kettle before use. Area quiet with about a 10 minute walk to Oxford. Buses ran regularly, which was helpful."

"Pretty good all round - clean, nicely appointed and comfortable but with one major flaw. The boiler works away all night and with a late night and then an early rise the next day was a little disappointing and made sleeping soundly very difficult. 9/10 with the exception of the boiler noise "

"Had a great stay there recently on vacation. Great hotel, clean room, nice breakfast. Only problem was driving to hotel...our gps didn't like the location and we had VERY HARD TIME getting there(I had clicked on the hotel in my maps app and took us into the area in the wrong place and had to back track)...Doing it again I would have put "Kassam Stadium" into the GPS...that is right next to the hotel. Very quiet location when we were there...free parking and very pleasant staff."

Overnight stop over in winter

"Convenient location as close to major road but surprisingly quite. The room was a good size and well appointed. Restaurant food was delicious and the breakfast had a very good selection. Staff were attentive but not invasive, service was very good . "

"The security was very rude and intimidatory. They Would not allow me into the property without my key card. I explained that my friend has the key card and went back to the room early. I was the lead guest in the booking. I had email confirmation, my ID and the card I used to pay. Hotel security still refused me entry. I had to call the reception desk to get approval access. This was 4am. Prior to this rude hiccup I enjoyed my stay. After this incident it put a dampen on the rest of the trip."
