"Very clear on the rules, helpful and friendly. No food allowed in bedrooms, but plenty of storage in the kitchen. Very clean. Mopped and wiped down everything daily. Enjoyed happy hour and Uno. Breakfast was nice also."

"Overall, this property is great, but it’s quite pricey. I like the separate condo-style units for staying in. The rooftop pool is a nice idea, but it’s way too small for the number of customers it can accommodate. Additionally, the railing needs improvement for safety. The main reason I didn’t give this property a high rating is the lack of customer support. I encountered several issues that weren’t resolved despite being assured they would be handled. "

"The Hotel Was Great But I Only Got The Room So I Could Smoke Without Homeless People Asking Me For A Cigarette.. But Once I Paid For The Room It Pulled Up Smoking Wasn’t Allowed On The Balcony.. I Just Wish That Was In The Description Before Paying The Extra Money For Nothing && Just Opted For A Regular Room On Canal Because I Still Had To Leave My Room To Smoke.. "
