"Stayed here for Mardi Gras 2025 and had a total of 9 guests. Lots of space for everyone. The location was pretty decent, although a walk/short drive to most restaurants. About a 10 minute drive to Bourbon St.The street parking near the unit isn't marked great, so we parked directly across from unit and didn't have an issue.The unit has lots of stairs, so may be tough for anyone with trouble getting up steps. Contacting the owners was done thru VRBO and they were very prompt in getting back to us with whatever answers we needed. The family has already said that when we come back in the future this is where they want to stay. Definitely will be recommending the property to friends and extended family."
