We were greeted by our gracious host, who showed us the cottage and gave us recommendations for nearby dining and places of interest - of which there are many. Watching cows and rabbits graze in the pasture was quite relaxing. Highly recommended!"

It was a quick drive to many towns and had easy access to unlicensed transport so we could go into London. The property manager was kind and quick to offer assistance whenever we needed anything. "We spent a week at Penn Court Estate, it was the perfect get away for our family holiday this year. The cottages are lovely and well equipped, comfy beds, good living spaces and plenty of bathrooms. The estate is very secure, quite and pretty, the children in our group had a wonderful time running through the trees and playing in the very clean pool. "Owners very friendly. Ideal for children, Lovely outside areas including Romany caravan, Wendy houses, Tennis Court, 2 BBQ areas, 2 trampolines, zip wire, lots is outside seating, duck pond, chickens etc. Plenty of choice, but some of the equipment has seen better days !"

"Accommodations were very basic. No essentials were provided, soap, shampoo, paper towels, tissues, salt, and pepper. It would be a big plus too have a couple more hooks and shelves in the bathroom to be able to place things. Another chair in the main living area would be helpful. Plan to bring everything with you. The gardens were beautiful and very relaxing. Overall worked for us."

"I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed staying here. The house was clean, inviting, warm, and well positioned for comfort. The hostess set out fresh baked bread and muffins, butter, milk, eggs, coffee—everything we needed for a delicious breakfast to get our mornings going. The linens were soft and fresh, and beds were quite comfortable. We absolutely will stay here in the future!"
