"Arrived to check in, was informed there is a $100 cash only deposit per night. Clerk was very polite and friendly. Room was clean, only one towel, no wash cloths, no coffee pot, no phone. A/C barely worked. We would not recommend! "

"The hotel was very nice and in a quiet area right off the highway. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a balcony with a large slider door which let in a lot of natural light. The pool was nice and had a lot of tables/chairs. The breakfast options for purchase were quite limited, we ended up going out for breakfast. Overall, would definitely stay here again."

"Our trip to Overland Park started out at Aloft hotel (which was AWFUL) and we came to Element, were able to check in last minute and they were amazing! The staff is very friendly, the facilities are great, the price was surprisingly low considering all the amenities! My daughter was on Spring Break and I was on a work trip. She was able to check out a bicycle and explore the town- definitely going to stay her next time I visit! It is a pet friendly hotel and smelled amazing too. We enjoyed seeing the little fir babies each day. The breakfast was delicious, it was a different fresh cooked eclectic choice each day and they also had fresh pastries, cereals, bread items, (even gluten free) oatmeal fruit and juices. They have a cappuccino maker on property available 24 hours- which saved me lots of Starbucks money. They had an evening happy hour with complimentary wine and local beer, plus a tea time before bed.I can't say enough oabout this gem of a hotel tucked away in this little town!"
