This place is disgusting…There was blood on our bedding, they wouldnt come to our room to get it…Had to take it to the front desk ourself..Given bedding with large holes in it..Shower didn’t work properly..eggs, sausage and gravy in the breakfast was gross…Staff had major additide problems, probably because they are way understaffed…This is the first bad review i think i’ve left a business in my life…If this hotel is your only option, just sleep in your car!!..wish i could give it 0 stars!!!

Dirty dirty dirty, seems like the staff did minimal cleaning in our room, floors were sticky, personal items left from previous guests in bathroom, TV screen was somehow filthy, sheets had multiple stains all around, couch seemed untouched from the day they opened crumbs everywhere.

We arrived late, did call to let them know ahead of time, when we got there we had to get two queens instead of 1 king bed, The front desk did inform us of trying to get one later on today, wasn’t upset but it worked itself out. They were friendly and courteous. Bkfst was in the morning which one day we slept through the time to eat, but food was good. Didn’t use pool, but went to see and it was nice. We were too busy to enjoy what they had too offer. Will come back and stay again. It was clean and the doors do lock at a certain time where you have to use your card to open. Thanks again we traveled from Michigan… go Lions😊

This was my second stay in 3 months at this hotel. Both times, I had to pay an additional $COSTS at the service desk just to get the room i reserved there. In October, the extra $COSTS had to be "IN CASH", I was told. This time, that same extra $COSTS had to be "on the card, along with THE ACTUAL COST for the room reserved". By changing "the rules" to paying this extra $COSTS along with actual room costs, now the receipts falsely depict their rooms as $COSTS more than actually advertised. You are told "its a deposit", but only after you attempt to check in. Naturally you pay because there's no time to drive around searching for a legitimate place to stay when you have reservations already. The hotel management know this, and in my opinion....are abusing this circumstance for money. If it's legitimate, mention it during online reservations applications.

One of two rooms got cancelled
So we booked two rooms. They canceled one because they over booked. We booked a month from stay and they didn’t let us know until the day of arrival at 5:15 pm. Staff was friendly but totally unethical in my opinion. If I canceled room at 5:15 pm they would charge me. So I was expecting a free stay with the other room and they couldn’t do that.
