"We chose this house as it could accommodate 8 ladies for the night. We were able to prepare a full steak dinner with the kitchen supplies. So much room in this home and many bathrooms! It was perfect for our weekend."

"Beautiful property, just as described. Really enjoyed the stay! Owner of the property responded to questions prior to visit. I think we just had different personality types, love the “thanks the booking or you have a good weekend too” just to feel more welcomed would have felt good, who knows though I’m sure she is busy and maybe more just down to business. Again, great experience being in such a beautiful place. "

"We had a great time in KC. The house is an easy drive to city, close to restaurants, and located in a quiet neighborhood. The home was exactly as pictured with lots of space to spread out. It was clean with lots of fluffy towels, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Would definitely book again."

"Kelly is a dream to work with. Cottage was in a meadow with small pond and stone bridge. It is idyllic!! Serenity at its finest! The upstairs loft bedroom is right out of a romance novel! The animals were icing on the cake. "

"Check in was easy, but we received the code after check in time. The house wasnt the cleanest we have stayed at, the blinds in the bathroom were covered in dust, there was dried rice and food still on the table, something had spilled in the freezer and wasnt cleaned up. We stayed with 3 toddlers, it wasnt really a fit for young kids but we made it work. Also, we could only find 3 washcloths total for 7 people. It was alright to stay at for 2 nights, we werent at the house much."

"Kids enjoyed the little cubby holes in the house. Upstairs bathroom a little small but very useable.Backyard nice but to cold to go out, lots of space. Close to many restaurants, shopping and stadiums."

"We had a party of 4 that stayed here. We arrived Saturday evening so we could attend the football game at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday. The house was easy to find and in a great location. We very much enjoyed our stay!"

"This house was incredible. It had absolutely everything you need. Fully stocked kitchen (minus food of course), laundry room, plenty of extra towels for pool. Pool, dog and kid toys. Everything was clean and in good condition. This has been our best rental experience to date. "
