"Horrible! Do NOT book here. There was no employee working at 11:40pm so we could not check in. There was a phone for “after hours” check in, but no answer. Tried calling customer service, but they couldn’t help either. After 45 min of trying to reach someone at the hotel, we left and had to find alternative hotel late at night, which was not easy. "
