"Stayed here twice and hotel has always been quiet and very clean. Great breakfast options. This is my go to stop when in Kansas City even if it’s a little out of the way. Staff is very nice and have never had any issues with my stay. "

"This is a very nice and clean hotel with wonderful staff. Our TV in the room had a really low volume and could hardly be heard across the room. It was later at night and the staff contacted maintenance but there was no fix known. The staff immediately tried to discount the room, but since the reservation was on Hotels.com they could not discount, so they offered a voucher for items in their snack area. Sometimes things go wrong, but it is how the staff reacts is what counts. They did everthing in their power to try and make things right. Since we were there only 1 night it was no big deal. "

"This property was located close by to an event we had. It worked out as a perfect location for coming and going when needed. It has everything you need for your kitchen & cooking needs. Homemade waffle mix & bacon were provided along with Orange Juice. It is in a nice quiet rural road and made sleeping easy. Owner was great with communication and very helpful for our needs. I look forward to coming back next year when we have the same event to attend."
