Stan an amazingly helpful employee helped me with booking a room on my app and making sure it was a pet friendly room after I had booked it. "It was very clean and the staff was nice. The view of the river was nice. The room was very small considering I had paid for a suite. The mattress slid around on the bedframe. I kept having to fix it. There is very little counter space in the bathroom. I had to leave all of my toiletries on the dresser and only bring in a few items at a time as I was using them. Also very few outlets to use for charging. I feel like I overpaid for what I got."

"The free breakfast was horrible. The staff was rude. We walked in at 6:29 AM and it wasn't supposed to start until 6:30 AM and she immediately reminded us of that, very sternly. No morning greeting, just breakfast starts at 6:30 AM I said ma'am it is 6:29 AM I will stand here for one minute and wait. Then there were very limited choices, between a stale bagel, a stale muffin. The waffle machine was down, no eggs, no bacon, no sausage. We opted for a bowl of cold cereal. No fruit and no water."
