We were offered free non-alcoholic drinks at the bar and also a room upgrade which we chose not to accept as it didn’t suit required number of beds for our family. The staff were super helpful and breakfast in the morning was the best hotel breakfast we’d ever had any of the extensive hotels we have visited, so fresh and piping hot. "

"Paid for an upgrade and was very pleased. Had access to the top floor. Amazing views. Tasty nibbles. Breakfast was stunning. Had a swim in the morning - lovely clean pool. So close to arena where we saw Lenny Kravitz. Loads of eating places. Fab weekend. Parking cost £30 for 48 hours. Easy process. Park in Gold car park. Tell reception on check out and discount is applied. Easy process."

"The location for Wembley shopping and events. Easy access in tube to Kings Cross...good transport links and bus stop right outside the hotel. The hotel is a little tired and could do with sprucing up a bit but this is reflected in the price."
