Having worked in the hospitality business for over 20 years I can appreciate how hard all of the staff worked for a 5 star stay for my daughter and myself. Train station and subway only two blocks away was a bonus. Room service was also very good. "

"I requested for a higher floor room which is quiet and they gave me just that! They had lots of options on the food menu and they left some tasty chocolate cookies on the desk. Everything was clean and furnished nicely. There’s vending machine with some nice options. It’s very pretty looking inside, the elevators and all around. I really enjoyed my stay :)"
