"Second time at LT. Even better than first. Unique experience. Beautifully updated modern bedrooms in a very beautifully restored historic building. A must stay in Roanoke especially if you don’t want a typical hotel experience. Lisa at the check in podium is the best. Remembered us as we did her from previous stay last year. "

"The place seemed to have a lot of amenities, but the pool was closed the first night and the bar was closed the second night. The streaming features didn’t work on my television and my door lock malfunctioned two times - requiring someone to come up and charge the lock. Not the worst experience, but not the best either."

"The staff were an absolute delight! If you are expecting the Four Seasons, this is not for you. It is outdated and barebones. However, what it lacks in frills, it makes up for in hospitality. The breakfast was a great addition. I would definitely stay here again. "
