"The location could not have been any better, including neighborhood boat ramp, dock, a few restaurant options, and proximity to the tournament launch marina via boat or car. Could not get the lights or outlets to work on the dock, but I'm sure that could be rectified with additional communication. Most of the towel rolls left in the bedrooms did not include washcloths, but we were able to look in the other bedrooms and find a few. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back! "

"My family and I stayed here for a long weekend while my son was in a fishing tournament. The condo was lovely, clean, and very comfortable. We loved it. The only issue we had was that it didn’t come with a dock slip and we had to leave our boat at the floating dock provided by Mariner’s Landing at an additional cost and there was no power there to charge the boat batteries. Other than that, it was perfect!"

This led to some confusion and a significant amount of time spent searching for the key. I recommend updating the listing to clarify this aspect for future guests. Additionally, the advertisement mentioned access to the on-site club amenities . Upon further inquiry with the management company, I learned that this access is not available. I have advised the management team to revise the listing to avoid any potential misunderstandings. On a positive note, I want to commend the management company for their assistance. I requested an early check-in to enjoy the lake view before sunset, and they graciously accommodated my request. I greatly appreciate their responsiveness and support. I would also like to mention that guests are responsible for disposing of their trash, as there is no on-site pickup. The nearest dumpster is approximately a nine-minute drive away, which may be worth noting for future guests. Overall, my stay was pleasant, and I found the house to be clean and comfortable. "
