Both of my sales people arrived to their rooms and were met with filt, cigarette butts, bed bugs and the smell of a smoke that wasnt cigarettes. They were forced to sleep in their car 5 hrs from home due to a concert in town and no other hotels being available.

Desk clerk was incredibly rude and argumentative. Yelling at us as he's checking us in. 14 yrs experience and he hasn't learned how to treat a guest or do his job. We usually stay here because its closest to family for family gatherings. This time was for our father's funeral. We will never book here again. I give a 2 star because the breakfast has improved over the years.
