James and his team are awesome! The hotel just opened a couple of weeks ago. There are a couple of ways to get to this hotel, but if needing the airport it's the closest location! Nearby Kroger, gas and shopping just a minute up the road. There was a small volleyball team when we stayed, the breakfast attendant did great keeping it full. This hotel has a continental breakfast, but the bagels, coffee and fruit hit the mark. Our suite was so nice and oversized and we were able to stay with our pet for a small fee. Not much around the hotel gave us a quiet night's sleep.

Disappointed with room condition !!
When I arrived I was informed I needed to make a separate security deposit of $50. This is not a common practice. The desk clerk was kind enough to make a room inspection with me, we found many damaged areas, missing smoke detector and soiled furniture. I took photos of all existing damage in the room. The room had a very unpleasant odor. It was quite noisy from outside and in hallway. I was told by the morning desk clerk that he would return my security deposit but as of this writing I was not refunded the deposit. I believe this security deposit rule should be clearly stated before making an online reservation through Hotels.com.

Avoid this hotel at all cost.
This hotel it totaly 100% unacceptable! Never have I been in such an awful room. This room was so bad I left after being in it for 15 min, paid for the room and stayed at another hotel. There was mold in the bathroom and bedroom. The sheets had cigarette burns and the non smoking hotel smelled strongly of smoke not only in the halls but the room as well.

For price and location it was ok , I understand that with COVID-19 hotels has been a little bit more skeptical about providing certain things and services but is always nice to have some toiletries in case we forget some, trash can , tissue , coffee maker would’ve been better

My room was dirty. The shower had not been cleaned and still had someone’s old soap in it. The toilet had urine all around it. The covers had burn holes for a non-smoking room.

The hotel is disgusting. Mold everywhere in the bathroom. The bed is harder than chinese algebra. Smell of old carpet and cigarette smoke.
