"Parking was difficult. First time at a hostel in my life. The floors were creaky, and the only way to get in is through stairs, so be prepared to climb. No elevator. It was really cute and the employee was nice. The thing I would want them to really work on is cleanliness. "Was not able to check in. No one returned my calls. Straight to voicemail. Showed up on property ringing door bells. Owner of Electric vehicle parked in the driveway charging didn't come to the door. A few minutes later as I was walking around the property they were seen leaving in the vehicle and did not stop for me to inquire about my reservation. Stay in Venice instead. "

"Bed bugs in the rooms, people are racist and have their families living there with babies crying all night. I asked one of them to please keep it down after 12am and he wanted to fight me and kept threatening me! They’re all Turks and stink and are the most racist people. Such a horrible experience "
