"Amazing stay at the Crowne Plaza, from our rooms being ready early, the cleanliness of our adjoining rooms, the friendliness of all the staff we really cannot find fault. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with extras like pancakes and porridge being available to order at no extra charge. Beds & pillows super comfy, our 10 year old gave the sofa bed 10 out of 10 for a good nights sleep. Lovely fluffy towels & robes too. Ideally situated for exploring the city on foot, underground car park right but manageable even in our people carrier. Pool lovely and clean too"

"The main features of the hotel were very good and the exterior and views were great. Our room was good, but the outside patio could have done with a clean, also the patio furniture should be replaced because they are showing their age. The bathroom was in very good condition, except for the bath panel which is in need of replacing. Overall though we enjoyed our stay at the Passage House Hotel. "

"It was clean. The people at reception were mostly helpful. The restaurant was nice but not enough variety of food. It is very easy to be picked up and dropped off. There is not much for shopping within walking distance. "

"A really good experience. The hotel is due to be refurbished and so is a little old fashioned, but very clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful, particularly at Reception. The views from the restaurant and terrace are amazing. Would certainly go back. "

"Absolutely beautiful holiday. Our club room was lovely. The staff were very polite and friendly. The breakfast was perfect a large choice of everything and the waitresses were very helpful and busy. We use the indoor swimming pool which was nice and clean. We had one evening meal which was perfect.The hotel gardens is very well looked after with the garden staff busy cutting the grass and planting and maintaining it all. Will definitely go back. Thank you for a lovely stay."
