"I mistakenly booked a room with disability access but when I asked the agent to assist and switch, she told me I must use the room I booked. I ended up using the room but I felt like it was taking out of inventory a room for someone who might really need it. Additionally, the previous guest might have had a dog in the room which is why I had so much dog hairs on my socks and there strategic discolorations on one part of the carpet in the room. Other than that my experience was excellent with perfect location, quiet, and good price. "

"I love the rooms they have for disabled persons. These rooms are large with some amenities. All rooms for the disabled are not equipped with both a refrigerator and microwave. The room I was in had both of the amenities and it was very convenient and conducive to my needs. I really recommend this hotel very highly. I am looking forward to my next stay with them. "

"Perfect location to Harbor.. a quick safe walk to Aquarium and everything else we wanted to see. The staff were extremely nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Coffee bar and the restaurant were great and parking garage was easy but expensive. Only neg was the hot tub was out of commision. We had a great two nights there and would definately recommend!"

"Dinner and drinks were deliciious. Love the window seat with the harbor view!. The fitness facility with Sauna and class offerings was unique. It was disappointing that the hot tub was being fixed."

"Very nice hotel. Beautiful lobby. Valet parking is half the cost of the room , per night though. Neighborhood is kind of ok, wouldn’t go looking for parking late at night if I was unfamiliar with the location "
