"Without doubt this is the most luxurious experience I've ever had. My husband and I had two wonderful nights at Rippinvale Retreat in Hanmer Springs. From our arrival when there was home made baking, to wine and canapés at 6pm to chocolates on our pillow at night, our hosts Helen and John, couldn't have made us feel more welcome. "Nice and clean. But if you are a family of 4 is not suitable. Either you book a room of 5, 6 or book 2 studios. They are not allowed to have more than 3 persons in a studio. "

"The motel was well maintained, simple and comfortable motel. The lady in the reception was very helpful and friendly, and she even let us check in a little bit earlier. The location of the motel is great, a short walking distance to the thermal pools and the motel even offered us two towels to take to the pools."

Great view and privacy (1st floor room). Lovely and airy - Hear Native birds all around. Nice! Cleanliness was really good (exception of plug but you did not see until removing plug!) - no odors, just fresh country air! Things that would have lifted a star rating -found hair under handbasin plug ; wobbly door...
