"The room was very clean throughout. Beds comfortable. Well stocked bathroom, kitchen. Wifi availbility easy to connect to Great location, 5min from CBD, supermarket and Hospital. Would stay again. "

"The room was ok for the price and the Toilet and shower was clean. It seams the walls are made from carton as you can hear the people talking next door. I liked the stay but in Hamilton the City council made it really hard to find a spot for the car in the central, when the free parking from the hostel is booked out. So not cool Hamilton Council :( Thanks HH"

"When I arrived there was some construction going on in my booked room on the property. So, the reception upgraded me into an executive room because it was there fault. I also had some boxes that I needed to take to Auckland and I did not want to keep them in my car while visiting customers in Hamilton. So, I asked the reception to keep those big boxes with them for two days until I leave the Motel on Friday. They allowed me to do that. Excellent customer service."

"Very comfortable bed, terrific shower & room bathroom, quiet area, & ample parking. Manager went above & beyond with advice & guidance on parking downtown. Even spotted us change in case we needed for parking meter downtown. "
