Our room was neat and tidy but the bathroom needed another cleaning and there was previous people rubbish under the bed but other than that overall was fine. Check in was good. Buffet breakfast was fine.

Great place!

When we first enterd block 1, we could smell a strong scent of toilet spray and marijuana. We alerted management and they immediately investigated and decided to move us to another block which was awesome. We were told those people had been there for a week, and that it was unlikely they would stop the behaviour, whilst its not an emergency housing provider, it was evident there are ways WINZ goes about housing people without catergorising people under emergency housing. However, overall the hotel was beautiful, quiet and peaceful. The staff were awesome. It was clean and tidy, free wifi, the room was beautiful and there was a modern tv. We would drfinitely stay there again! Great location, right next to waterworld and down the road from the base.

Staff were very helpful, the room was a good size but perhaps a little dated and a microwave in the room would have been useful. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of parking.
