Booked very last minute, good value for money and whilst a little tired on the outside clean and well appointed interior. Friendly staff efficient check in.

Very handy to both Rugby Stadium and Seddon Park so runny and cricket covered. Is this complex also emergency housing as we were greeted with profanity from a male on the other block?
When I arrived there was some construction going on in my booked room on the property. So, the reception upgraded me into an executive room because it was there fault. I also had some boxes that I needed to take to Auckland and I did not want to keep them in my car while visiting customers in Hamilton. So, I asked the reception to keep those big boxes with them for two days until I leave the Motel on Friday. They allowed me to do that. Excellent customer service.
I thought I might have noisy neighbours, but it was really quiet once the evening set in. I appreciated the complimentary Whittakers chocolate slab, the Bueno chocolate bar, the mini bag of Rashuns and the Coke can... It was moments like that where you'd need Mintees, so it was great to also have a few of those waiting for me too. Easy check in and out 😁.
We didnt stay very substandard...no offensive to anyone but should be aware of emergency housing there and travellors should be made aware when booking.. i think we should have been given a refund
Friendly staff. Comfortable bed but the room was sparsely furnished - only one comfortable chair to sit in, no couch, a very small desk and 1 chair - nowhere for friends or visitors to sit. Bathroom was very worn and showing its age.
Suitable for my needs but overpriced considering the age and condition.
Was surprised to see a hot tub, didn't notice it in the booking. It was very spacious. There was a trail of ants on the nightstand, si.ple pest control would resolve. It was simple to check in, staff were friendly, felt bery comfortable

No restaurant and very shabby
It was a bit shabby from arrival and it not the room. All a bit tired. The young lady at check in was pleasant and helpful but there is no restaurant or bistro, one of the main reasons we chose this motel at last minute.
I could not ask for more, everything are provided & convenient.... definitely well be back for our 3rd times.
