"Okura is an elegant and classic hotel situated centrally next to Hamamatsu station. The location is very convenient to nearby dining options. Currently there is construction going on so some of the restaurants are inaccessible. I would recommend to the management to consider improving the skills of the concierge/bell desk staff to assist international guests also. "

Fantastic breakfast buffet. Staff at the buffet were phenomenal! The only two things I didn't enjoy as much was the bed being firmer than I like and that laundry was on a smoking floor. Other than that, still a great place that I would revisit in a heartbeat. Easy walk to the station too."
