The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was great. It is a bit far from the train station. There is a ventilation in the room and makes a noise when it is raining.

Dang this place was great! We got the queen room, and it was the biggest hotel room I've ever stayed in in Japan. Great bed, wonderful room. The free breakfast was excellent, too! Almost all Japanese options, but we love Japanese food so it was really exciting. They also held our bags for us before check-in and after check-out so we could wander around the city. Not sure if I'll ever make it back to Hamamatsu, but if I do I'll stay here again!

I really liked how the breakfast was handled. Its buffet style at the restaurant/bar area by the lobby, with plenty of selection, and it was very nice to sit there and eat. The room was very nice for one person, clean with a comfy bed that's not as hard as other 3 star hotels, and I loved having the desk space to do work on. The bathroom was clean and had basic amenities, and I appreciated the closet cubby area for my jacket and shoes.

The hotel is very new and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was a-plus. It also closes to the JR station where there are a lot of restaurants and shops available. The only drawback is it does not has it’s parking. However, right next to the hotel is a parking where you pay 900 yen per day. It is not bad if you drive. I stayed at 5 different hotels for this trip and this is the best hotel. Highly recommended and will stay at the hotel again if I travel to the area.

This was an easy 15 minute walk to the station. There was a decent breakfast buffet which was a bonus. I rarely suffer from headaches, however had a headache for much of my two nights here. I can't categorically blame the hotel, however perhaps it was allergies from the carpeting in the room. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I used the laundry facilities on the 4th floor - always glad to have access to a washer and dryer while travelling. All in all, no real complaints here, and for the price, I would recommend this hotel.

I was surprise the reception staff don’t know about around city…….I asking about how to go they place,she don’t know and the supervisor also dont so I take a taxi,about 5 minutes to go they place luckily the taxi old man so nice . The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is an easy walk from the main Hamamatsu train station, several shopping centers, a post office, and attractions like Hamamatsu castle. Breakfast is free with Japanese and some Western options, and there's an amenity bar with just about every toiletry you could need also free. There is a coin laundry if you need to wash clothes but their dryers are not very powerful and it can take a long time. They will help with shipping your luggage via Yamato as well. The rooms are small by Western standards but that's to be expected in Japan. Overall, I would absolutely not hesitate to stay here again!
