The hotel is a bit old and could probably use a remodel. However the hotel is clean, has a nice onsen, and the customer service was very good. My kids also enjoyed the outdoor pool the resort has. I would stay again if I visited Hamamatsu again.

They server breakfast and lunch with no food options in-between. nothing at all the closest place to get food is a 7-11 that is quite a walk away. the pool is nice but shuts down frequently for no reason. they havea ping pong room but again it is only open fro a few hours after 3pm. therre is a lot of time with nothing do do with your kids which is not great.

清潔で、食事・ラウンジともにサービスは良かった。 10:30でブッフェを下げるとのことで、10:25に３歳の娘がソフトクリームを食べたいと言い出したので、機械へ行ったが、ソフトクリームは出ず。女性スタッフにもうだめですか？と聞いたら、もう時間なのでだめです、とあしらわれるようにしか言われなかったため、大変残念な気持ちになった。べつに出なくてもよかったんだけど、あしらうように言うんじゃなくて、小さい娘が残念にしているんだから、言い方があるなあと思った。その女性のおかげで、ほかのサービスはよかったのに、評価台無しだなあ、もったいないなあと思った。 こういう小さいところを指導してこそ、１流ホテルだとお思います。ほんと「ごめんね」という気持ちを添えるだけで違ったのに。

バーが無料で利用出来るのは良かったが人が多すぎてのんびり出来ないし、中華系＆関西系の人のマナーが悪くてお風呂、喫煙所が利用しづらい！ 近くには何も無いけど、それはそれでレンタカー使うので問題ない。ただ駐車場が空いていなくて、滞在中はいつも遠いとこになっちゃって不便&駐車場がボコボコであちこち水溜まりがあったので補修はした方がいいと思う！
