"Our stay at the University Plaza Hotel was very good. The rooms are outdated but clean. The couch bed mattress left a lot to be desired, but they usually do. It also had numerous stains and no mattress cover. We had to go down and request bedding for it. The staff was pleasant and did deliver it to our room. Overall, a good experience and would stay again as it was very conveniently located and clean. "
