Come stay in our fabulous downtown loft. Original building was constructed in 1926. Loft has all the modern amenities and is in the heart of downtown Springfield. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen or go out to one of the many restaurants within walking distance. Coded entry into the building and personal lock code to loft. Located on the first floor with designated parking spot in private lot.

We love this loft!
We enjoy coming to this loft! It is always clean and is in a great location. It is within walking distance to all that we need. Also close to Missouri State. We enjoy all the extra snacks too! Great hosts!

Perfect place for a getaway.
The loft was stunning and in a very convenient location in downtown springfield. We walked from the loft to anywhere we wanted to go downtown. It was very well stocked and very clean. The hosts were very responsive and also gave some wonderful recommendations for places to eat in the area. Will definitely stay again.

The owners are were very responsive to any inquiries I had. Good location about 2 blocks from downtown. The loft was very clean and had anything amenity wise we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Hidden Gem!
This place really is a treat! It’s close to Main Street to walk around and explore. The larger entertainments are just a short drive away. The loft itself is just such a beautiful place, too! Great water pressure, heated bathroom floors (first time for us!), and just so much space. This was great for just my husband and me, but would also be perfect for a group of friends or family! Would recommend and would stay at again if we’re visiting the area!

We had the best time visiting my daughter for family weekend! The loft was absolutely perfect and within walking distance to everything we needed! A short drive to Missouri State University! We will definitely stay here again!! Friendly host we had everything we needed!
