That disclaimer language:
1. Please keep children from walking/standing/jumping on any of the furniture.
2. Having parties forfeits the reservation, with no refund. **Strickly enforced
3. Unregistered (ESA & Service Animals need to be registered please) pets will be assumed pets & forfeit reservation, with no refund. $30 added. If the incident isn't immediately caught there will be a daily minimum fine of $30.
4. No loud music or noise after 10 pm.
5. We can only accept bookings from completed account profiles (registered phone number and government-issued ID attached to their account).
6. There is a $50 late check-out fee.
7. Lost or broken item costs will be added to booking as a fee.
8. If broken house rules cause subsequent guest/s to cancel or require refund/s – these losses will be charged to cited previous guest.
9. Registered guest counts need to be accurate. For every unregistered guest, we hold the right to add an additional $10 fee per extra person, per night.
10. There is a $200 smoking fine for each day of the infraction and/or stay (smoking outside further away to help air oneself out is welcome).
11. Due to regular misrepresentations and broken house rules, we no longer accept local bookings from guests with negative-ratings or lack of history.
12. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on premises and it's facilities.

This place was perfect! Beds were super comfy, plenty of comfortable seating in the living room with a nice TV. And a great little fire pit area out back! Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay for a Mom & Daughter Shopping Trip

My mom and I were on our 3rd annual MO Shop Hop and stayed 2 nights at this lovely home. It was cozy and was a perfect place to rest our weary bodies for 2 nights. We both felt that we got the best nights sleep.... such comfortable beds. Definitely will keep this house in the mind for future stays in the area.

Cozy Home

Home was more cute and cozy than you can tell in the pictures. There were a lot of comfy blankets available in each room and several extra fold out cots available for extra sleepers. There is also a bookshelf with a bunch of board games and tennis rackets that the kids enjoyed.

Near Bass Pro Shop

Stopped on our way home from Branson. House was very comfortable and lots of technology. Convenient to Bass Pro Shop, which we visited 3 times. Close to the airport, which is why we came back to Springfield. I would definitely stay there again if we return to this area.

Excellent Home!

My fiancé and I stayed for a weekend getaway and it was the perfect home for us! Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The large TVs and Alexa system were very nice touches. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is clean neat and beautiful and we absolutely love the quiet little neighborhood. You are still close to everything that you may need but yet far enough away that it's quiet.

Get-away weekend

My wife and I travel to Springfield, MO regularly for Shopping & Entertainment. Periodically, we do stay overnight for a long weekend. Our choice to change up our normal Hilton stay proved to be a very good one. This property was very clean and well maintained in one of Springfield's established neighborhoods. Also, communication with the owners was great. We would recommend this property to others.

The host was responsive to any concerns the house was very comfortable and clean. Large tv in each room as well as the living room. My husband was excited to watch his soccer on the big screen. It was a perfect location for us as we were visiting my daughter at Missouri state. I will definitely stay here again when I come for a visit.

Quiet and Clean

Very nice. Felt secure. Furnishings ample and modern. Driveway is only for 1 or maybe 2 cars but that was fine. Backyard was serene. Kitchen stove was a joy to cook on. Lovely separate dining. Good Shower.

Adorable clean bungalow close to MSU and many fun tourist attractions

The house was perfect for our visit to Springfield. We attended the MVC volleyball tournament that was hosted by MSU. Very convenient and close to the University and my husband's favorite store Cabelas/Bass Pro. I was very impressed on how clean and inviting the home was and how quickly the owner responded to my emails. Highly recommend staying here and would again if we plan another trip to Springfield.

We had a lovely stay! Our hosts provided a wonderful home for our family of 5. My 15 year old slept on the couch and was very comfortable. The mattresses were exquisite and I must now buy them for my house 🤣 the only bump was the AC was a little loud for comfort for my 2 and 5 year olds when it first kicked on, but after explaining what it was, they were perfectly fine. Thank you so much to our very accommodating hosts! Would definitely stay here again ☺️

Small house in older neighborhood. Neighborhood was quiet and appeared to be safe. Walmart just down the street. We were in town for a concert and only spent a short night at the house. No complaints.

Comfortable, quiet and clean

Needed a quiet, comfortable, clean place to stay while traveling on the road. Am a very light sleeper and usually have difficulty sleeping in a new place. I put one of the owner's box fans next to my bed and slept very soundly and awoke refreshed and ready to get back on the road!

Great Family Stay with Convenient Location and Amenities

We had a fantastic stay at this house in Springfield, Missouri. The house had everything we needed, making our trip comfortable and stress-free. Our twins had a great time exploring the local attractions, with the zoo only 14 minutes away, the science museum just 5 minutes away, and Bass Pro Shops about 6 minutes from the house. The house was cozy, and we appreciated the convenience of having multiple TVs with Disney and other streaming options. The secure check-in process was hassle-free, and we felt we got great value for our stay. Additionally, having a Walmart Neighborhood Market just two minutes away was incredibly convenient for picking up any essentials we needed. Highly recommend this place for a family-friendly getaway!
