"We enjoyed our stay at Crossways, the staff were friendly and polite however we had to draw attention to the room being dusty and the shower not working properly. They were very apologetic and cleaned the room immediately, however it was a weekend stay with no maintenance workers so we had to make do with the shower. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The free breakfast was excellent and the evening meal was enjoyable and not overpriced. I found it difficult to use the Rolec EV chargers...

"I've not stayed here before and was satisfied overall. It is a pub so a little noisy when in the hotel room as it stays open until 12. However, given it is a pub this is to be expected and not really a criticism. (I booked it knowing it was a pub so my own fault!) "We had a brilliant few days staying here for a girls getaway! The building is easy to find, super safe and very clean. Our room was very warm but they had already thought of that, with 2 huge fans kept in the room for us, making us more comfortable. The customer service was very efficient and always available to help. The only thing I would note is that there are no lifts there and we were on the top floor with heavy suitcases. Other than that it is a super location and we would definitely stay...
